Description
J. & E. Stevens, Connecticut, circa 1878 To operate the bank, you must put a penny in the spring-loaded hands of the blind man. Carefully pulling the lever leftwards causes the dog to walk towards his master. As he approaches, the dog's mouth closes on the penny. When he moves past the blind man, the dog drops the coin into the brickwork tower.
