Nicholas Saunderson (1682 – 1739), blind English scientist, mathematician, and early discoverer of Bayes theorem (DNB).
Condition
One leaf with penny-sized hole repaired with old paper (no loss of text), text quite clean and bright overall with a few occasions of light foxing and toning (mostly to plates), a few occasions of light soiling, a couple of very small marginal chips. Overall a nice set, Very Good.
