Signed by Stanley at the limitation statement in Volume 1. Elegantly printed on large paper, with striking engravings on tissue. The book is Stanley's narrative of his expedition to the Egyptian Equatorial province begun in 1887, where the Madhist revolt in the Sudan has isolated the governor there.
