PAIR OF OAK CARVED HALL CHAIRS, EX SOTHEBY'S
c.1880, in Jacobean Revival style, the crestings carved with center cartouche flanked by full bodied lions on twist turn supports and leaf carved splat, reupholstered seats in period taste with matching padded arms ending in lion head terminals, twist turn supports and stretchers, general wear, nicks, scuffings and rubs, old glue remnants and some looseness at some joints, 52x28x27in.
