A fine matching pair, constructed of silvered metal threads, hand-embroidered design on black velvet cloth; on reverse of the left tab, an SS/RZM paper label; a slightly worn example, tunic removed, in top quality, in near mint condition.The SS senior officer rank existed only with the SS and was in the hierarchy between SS standard leader (colonel) and SS brigade leader (major general).
