American Late Victorian Quarter-Sawn Oak Lift-Seat Hall Tree
ca. 1900, with a carved and molded cornice above an arched beveled mirror, flanked by large cast brass butterfly coat hooks, the base with a hinged seat and large carved griffins as armrests, raised on carved paw feet.

Condition
**Structurally sound and with a good finish; presents very well. Minor rubbing to left side edge of mirror. Minor "wobble" to mirror as on most all of these. The brass hooks are appropriate but likely replacements.
