Description
Dimensions: Height: 3.94 inch x Width/Diameter: 8.47 inch x Length/Depth: 8.47 inch. Dimensions in Centimeter: 10 cm x 21.5 cm x 21.5 cm. The entire surface of the bowl is painted with a fish pattern swimming in a lotus pond, and is surrounded by a lot of water plants. The interior of the bowl is decorated with a similar pattern. The Under-base bears a reign mark, a six underglaze blue script characters reign mark, enclosed within double round frames, Made In The Years of Xuande Reign Period of The Great Ming Dynasty. Blue and white porcelain in Chinese it is called Qing Hua Ci. It is the most important variety of China's porcelain. It was originated in the Yuan Dynasty. Its color is Bright&strong and does not easily fade ,durability is longer. It used cobaltous oxide as the colorant. Patterns were directly painted onto the inner body and burnt after glaze was applied on it.
