1880's Victorian Silk Birds in Flight Quilt with Dense Hand Embroidered Accents

1870's/1880's Victorian silk birds in flight quilt with hand elaborate hand embroidered floral vine and calla lily accents in the interior bars and outer borders. It measures 72" X 72". Condition is fair, with varying degrees of deterioration in approximately 20% - 30% of the silks, visible in photos. There is 1" grid quilting by hand throughout, visible from the back only.
