Very nice lot of vintage hunting patches and more belonging to Medal Of Honor recipient Joe Foss. "Joseph Jacob Foss was a United States Marine Corps major and the leading Marine fighter ace in World War II. Hereceived the Medal of Honor in recognition of his role in air combat during the Guadalcanal Campaign." Joe Foss was south Dakota's youngest Govenor at age 39. In 1959 Foss became the first Commissioner of theAmerican Football League. He later was the host of two televised hunting shows. In 1988 Foss became President of the NRA. This lot contains 17 patches / awards, membership cards, and two decals belonging to Joe Foss.
