The porcelain potted in willow shape vase, thick and large, resembles a willow leaf flaring mouth, upper heavy body tapered gracefully to rounded shoulders converging into slender waisted neck flaring at the open lip, raised on small flat foot base. All reserved hand painted ornamentations are rendered in Douqing glaze covered, all reserved in pale green celadon underglaze ground, the green glaze creates a mottled effect around the rim which is likened unto the blushing of human pale white skin. Masterfully covered in an even coat of a pale green glaze which terminates at the base to reveal the pure white underglaze.
