Description
Early American primitive wooden cutlery tray with a handle, divided in two sections, used for silverware, clean & soiled, or other household items or tools. Softwood, maybe pine, joined with square head hand forged nails. The handle is made of thick layers of leather, stitched together, and it has a very early repair, using the same hand made square head nails. Circa early 19th century, New England.
Measurements: Approx. 14" x 9" x 6.5" high with handle

Good/VG overall. Has never been refinished. Very early repair on the leather handle.
