Small Chinese Export Silver Jardiniere, Shanghai, late 19th/early 20th century, Luen Wo, maker, tapered rectangular form reticulated throughout with geometric panels, the long sides centered by repousse panels of figures fishing and playing a game, the short sides with small loop handles ending in dragon heads, with guilloche base rim, raised on stylized bat-form feet, with fitted colorless glass liner, set on carved wood base, jardiniere lg. to handles 8, wd. 4 1/4, ht. 4, ht. on stand 5 3/4 in., approx. 12 troy oz.
Condition
Condition: glass liner with a small chip to one upper corner, two tiny fleabite flakes, and a few possible small ground rim chips.
