DESCRIPTION:Antique silverplated inkwell stand. Features two etched glass inkwells with floral designs and silverplated hinged lids depicting a woman riding a horse while veiling her face and a Greco-Roman figure lying down with a spear in his hand. The dish features a small candleholder in the center surrounded by two griffins as well as figural depictions of cherubs mingling with a man and a woman. Finished with ornate floral designs and edging.
