Litho print, beautiful house and river landscape scene framed. Signed by Thomas Kinkade on the lower right bottom corner. 24.75 x 33 inches (63 x 84 cm). Includes a certificate of authenticity contained within envelope attached on verso from the Wilkes Gallery. William Thomas Kinkade III (Jan. 19, 1958-Apr. 6. 2012) was an American painter of popular realistic, pastoral and idyllic subjects. He is notable for the mass marketing of his work as printed reproductions and other licensed products via the Thomas Kinkade Company. He characterised himself as “Thomas Kinkade, Painter of Light”. Despite wide commercial success throughout his life. Kinkade said he was placing emphasis on the value of simple pleasures and that his intent was to communicate inspirational, life-affirming messages through his paintings.
