19th Century Large Chinese Zitan painting table. Constructed with a rectangular panel top set within the wide rectangular frame with beaded, above elaborately carved aprons and spandrels, the whole raised on thick curved legs of rounded section adorned by detail carving of stylist scrolling foliage. The waist carved with continuous emporium-column-form struts between attractively shaped and beaded aprons well carved with pairs of dragons flanking dense of scrolling tendrils and Fu-Bats with Ba Jixiang, the eight Buddhist symbols, on top aprons. A dense hardwood throughout, with a feathery fine grain.

Over all in EXCELLENT condition, with normal anomalies in nature, natural wood imperfection, sign of stressed surface, minor scratch & dent; Normal consider ages and wears.
