DSP. An outstanding example of this highly sought after sign from Marathon Gasoline. Side one is outstanding, showing incredible color & gloss, and a super clean field free of any chipping. The graphic is big and clear, and the field shows only a slight amount of surface scratch in the red porcelain. Side one shows some minor chipping at the bottom right edge, but does not distract from how great this piece looks. Side two shows even better color & gloss than side one, with one very small nick in the porcelain near the runners arm, and some very minimal surface scratches. There is some minor outer edge chipping at the bottom, but most is very minimal. Sign is mounted on a very nicely painted metal hanging bracket that displays the sign nicely. A very hard to improve upon example of this highly sought after sign from Marathon Gasoline. Sign is Maker Marked Ingram Richardson & Dated 1954. Condition: (9.0 & 8.9+). Dimensions: 48" x 59 - 1/2".
