Condition consistent with age. Three flecks on paint gone from proper left middle, about 8 inches from the bottom frame. One fleck off three inches to the left of that. One fleck missing from grass next to rock on left center bottom, approx. 1 inch from frame. One fleck off in threes on edge of lake, approx. 6 inches from bottom right. Has been relined. A charming example.
