A carved wooden tray with ornate incised and raised designs and the face of Eshu on top. An opon Ifá is a divination tray used in traditional Yoruba ritual. The etymology of opon, literally meaning "to flatter", explains the artistic and embellished nature of the trays,and the meaning of the term Ifá, refers to the "great consulting oracle". The Tray measures 11 x 11 inches.
