A man in the character of Frankenstein (Daniel O'Connell), running over the edge of a cliff at left, defied and threatened by the monster which he created, pursuing him from right, holding a crozier in his left hand, with a hat on top lettered with "Repeal", "Separation" and "Anarchy."
