It depicts a bulbous pair of fruit or eggplant figures in near colorless jade, very smooth & pleasantly tactile in the hand. The pierced holes at the top could allow this to be converted into a pendant to wear & enjoy. Our auction estimate on this piece is 500-1000. Provenance:This is #19 out of 20 different lots of jade and Chinese antiques that we acquired from a retired Atlanta, Georgia professional’s collection. The collector acquired them in Asia after WWII. Some of the offered items have collector notes from 1970s appraisals.
