14th-16th century AD. A group of four iron prick spurs comprising: one with angled conical point, bar with rectangular finials with two slots for straps; one with angled balustered point, bar with circular finials with two slots for straps; one with angled tetrahedral point, bar with rectangular slots for straps; one with long point, large collar to the point, rectangular slots to the bar for straps. 278 grams total, 11.5-13.5cm (4 1/2 - 5 1/2"). From the family collection of a South East London collector; formerly acquired in the late 1950s. [4, No Reserve]
