A 173 piece harlequin set of 18th and 19th century silver flatware with modern silver knives and two silver plated additions, by a variety of makers, variously marked in London, Sheffield, Edinburgh, Dublin, Exeter and Newcastle, 1796 -1888, 'Fiddle' pattern, comprising 24 table forks, 25 table knives with filled handles and steel blades, 24 table spoons, 24 dessert forks, 24 dessert knives with filled handles and steel blades, 24 dessert spoons, 24 teaspoons, 2 sauce ladles, a mustard spoon, a salt spoon and a pair of sugar tongs, 190ozt gross weighable silver (173)
