Original Japanese Samurai Wakizashi made by Osafune SUKESADA in the year 1670. A Wakizashi (short sword) from Bizen province around 1670 Bizen province is nowadays known as Okayama. It is made by Osafune SUKESADA. The leaf is a wakizashi and is worn by the Samurai. The details of the koshirea are beautiful. This sword is actually used and can be seen, it has light user traces The leaf also has some scratches that should also be used when the leaf is already 349 years old A beautiful original Wakizashi with a very nice hammon line, a must for the collector Blade weight 373 grams. Total koshirea Length: about 65.5 cm. Motoshige: approximately 6.7 mm Sakikasane: approximately 4.6 mm including a copy of the Japanese registration papers.
