Condition
In generally good condition, with a few scattered dents as follows. Slight dent on the shoulder of the
cream jug. Compression dents around both rear pegs of the kettle, with about a 1" dent on the shoulder.
A 1/2" circular dent on the armorial of the sugar bowl. Most of these dents are well-hidden by the
superlative repousse work. The hinge of the coffeepot lid is slightly bent, creating about a 1/8" gap on its
front. The insulators of the kettle have shrunk creating a bit of a wiggle in the handle, but it is secure. A
very handsome set with excellent repousse and engraving, a fine provenance, and relatively minor and
easily reparable condition issues.
