Brooklyn's Finest (2009) Richard Gere's NYPD Police Uniform Worn as "Eddie Dugan" W/LOA - This New York Police Department patrolman's uniform was worn by Richard Gere as he portrayed the character "Eddie Dugan" in the 2009 crime film, Brooklyn's Finest. The uniform consists of a navy blue short sleeve button front shirt with flap pockets and shoulder epaulets, matching pants, police officer's cap, and a pair of black patrolman's shoes. The shirt has New York City Police Department patches on each shoulder as seen in the film. This costume was worn by Richard Gere in several scenes throughout the film, in which he portrays a jaded alcoholic patrolman on the verge of retirement whose life intersects with that of two very different police officers. The costume is in very good screen used condition, and will be accompanied by a letter of authenticity from one of Hollywood's premier 4th generation costume and prop houses.
