Impressionist oil on board .12 x 9 in., 13 1/4 x 10 1/4 in. Albert Alvin Stetter was born in York County, Pennsylvania on May 21, 1907. Stetter was a self-taught artist other than his study with the International Correspondence School of Cartooning. He lived in the Pennsylvania cities of Penn (1920) and Hanover (1930). By the 1940s he had joined the Disney Studios in Hollywoood.
