Description
3rd-2nd millennium BC. A very large bulbous ceramic bowl with painted polychrome frieze to the centre, interlocking key pattern to the rim, body with four geometric panels, panels of animals in between comprising a zebu with a bird on its back, a standing lion with full mane, a gryphon with striped body, two fish with cross-hatching to the body; band of polychrome rectangles below.
