Patrick Donahoe publisher of this color lithograph dated 1874 promoting temperance and honoring one of the movement's early leaders. the very rev. Theobald Mathew (1790-1856). Image size 24.75 in x 18.5 in. Sheet size 26 in x 19 in. Condition: Back heavily age toned that bleeds through to front image at some points and with several taped tears. Bottom front stained from age and moisture. The reverend's coat has several hard to see vertical creases. Unframed, loose and not mounted or glued down.
