Description
F. J. Wade (American 19th Century) a hand colored lithograph titled "Philadelphia in the Olden Time", Smith and Cremens, dated 1875; Granville Perkins (American 1830 - 1895), a hand colored engraving titled "Scenes in Philadelphia", from D. Appleton and Co.'s "Picturesque America, or the Land We Live In", circa 1870's; Harry Fenn (American 1837 - 1911), a hand colored engraving titled "Art Supplement to Appletons' Journal - Fairmount, Philadelphia with View of New Park, from Columbia Bridge", engraved by John Filmer, published by D. Appleton and Co., dated 1869.
Dimensions: Sights 18 1/4" x 24, 10" x 7 1/4" and 10" x 28 1/4". The frames 22 1/2" x 28 1/2", 16 5/8" x 14 1/8", 16 1/2" x 35".

Condition
All show toning. "Olden Time" has a 2" tear at the center right, a small tear at the top left, and a few minor discolored spots. "Scenes" has a small scuff at the bottom right. "Fairmount" has expected folds, other creases, a tear at the top left and at the center left edge, and some minor stains. None have been examined out of the frames, however they do not appear to be laid down.
