Scratch built steamboat model of the Narragansett Bay passenger steamer Warwick. Originally launched as the Day Starr in 1873, the ship was renamed and rebuilt due to a fire around 1900. The vessel ran until about 1925 when it was sold and later dismantled in 1935.
Wood,Boat measures approx. 26 1/2" long,Case: 29 1/2"w x 11"d x 14 3/4"t
Plaque on base reads "S.S. Warwick ex. Day Starr 1873-1935".
