Rare tongue catcher device hand made of iron in working condition.

This was used for person who talks anything wrong for someone and tie him / her on pole at public place so maximum passers can see him / her. Bell on top may be symbol of someone does wrong.

Also could be used to torture enemy to take out secret attack plans.

Once tongue is pulled till iron teeth then can be locked by turning bottom knob.

There is locking arrangement also.
