Utamaro Kitagawa. Woman Smoking a Pipe. [c.1791].
T?sh?sai Sharaku. Sakata Hangor? III as Fujikawa Mizuemon in the Play "Hana Ayame Bunroku Soga." [c.1794].
Kitagawa Utamaro was one of the most highly regarded designers of ukiyo-e woodblock prints and paintings, and is best known for his bijin ?kubi-e "large-headed pictures of beautiful women" of the 1790s. T?sh?sai Sharaku was a Japanese ukiyo-e print designer, known for his portraits of kabuki actors.
