A Soft Pad Executive Chair in black leather, with a brown tweed seat back, resting on a powder-coated steel support and four aluminum spider legs. Marked in part on a manufacturers label "EA437". Approximate height 42.75", width 23", seat depth 17", seat to floor 20.75".
