Condition

seat height 19 inches. Overall stable condition. Leather to seat has heavy crazing, cracks, and deep scratches from consistent use with scattered losses to leather throughout. Front of seat has 2 small tears. Armchair mechanisms operate smoothly with fogginess, scuffs, and scratches to the metal. Metal right armrest has a clear coat with chipping and losses does not affect metal and is cosmetic.
