Berndt Friberg (Swedish, 1899–1981); for Gustavsberg, Sweden; a Unique 1950's light blue Hares-fur Stoneware bowl indented to triangular at the mouth, the unglazed base and foot rim in brown dressing, incised, Friberg M with the Gustavsberg hand. Good condition. Height 3 1/4 inches (8.3 cm.). Width 6 1/2 inches (16.5 cm.). NOTE: Berndt Friberg (Swedish, 1899–1981) is Sweden's most famous ceramic artist, collected by Yves St Laurent, the King of Sweden, Robert Mapplethorpe who frequently used his ceramic in his photographs, and is in the collections of major museums around the world.
