(lot of 6) African carved wood and bronze group, consisting of a Benin bronze hip mask, West Africa, with openwork cap, and small mudfish, with slight reddish area down the nose, as was common on old examples, age uncertain, 6.5"h; pair of carved wood figures, male or female, Fanti, Akan-speaking group, Ghana, light blond wood with traces of white pigment, the female with a loincloth and a pointed coiffure, signs of aging and handling, probably as dolls, largest: 12"h; together with a figural comb, rattle and thumb piano, in the style of Luba people, D.R. Congo, largest: 11.5"l
