Fifth in the series of fruit-books entitled "Fruits of New York", this work on the peaches grown and harvested in New York State features numerous plates of peach varieties in various stages of growth. The work is also adorned with a tissue-guarded portrait frontispiece.
Condition / Notes: This antique volume shows very well with some typical indications oaf age and wear, including shelfwear and rubbing to high points. The binding is firm and the plates and text are clear and crisp through mild age toning.
