Description

A History of Prince Edward Island From Its Discovery in 1534 until the Departure of Lieutenant-Governor Ready in A. D. 1831
This is in fair condition, with a cover (green cloth with gold lettering) that is worn to the ends of the spine, which is connected but loosely, bumped outside corners, and a number of surface scuffs and small stains. The inside cover gutters are cracked, and more loose at the front than the back. The front end page has been removed. The half-title page is now the first page. The binding is otherwise secure, with no other missing or loose pages. There is a burn stain to the bottom borders of the first several pages. There are recurring light stains, mostly foxing to the borders of and pages adjacent to the illustrations. All the illustrations and text are unfaded and clearly legible. Most pages have no notable stains. There are no stamps or other attachments. I've found no writing. There are no notable tears and few creases.
