Description
East Asia, China, Song Dynasty, ca. 960 to 1270 CE. A quartet of beautiful miniature vessels: two bowls, one scalloped, the other standing on a tall, round foot; one apple-shaped bowl with a thick, rolled rim; and one similarly shaped bowl with two small loop handles at the neck. All are glazed with a smooth, thick glaze that is some variant on blue or blue-green. All are in beautiful condition with excellent craquelure. Size of largest: 4.15" W x 1.45" H (10.5 cm x 3.7 cm)
