Roman, Eastern Roman Empire, late Imperial Period, ca. 3rd to 4th century CE. A free-blown plate composed of translucent, pale yellow-green glass with an applied ring base and rough pontil scar, wide walls which form the shallow basin with a prominent central kick, and a flared rim with a raised ring around the discoid lip.
