fourth quarter 19th/first quarter 20th century, in the coromandel style on a black ground, the panels depicting a continuous scene of birds and butterflies amid blossoming trees and rockwork in a garden setting, between upper and lower butterfly borders.

Condition
In very good condition. One panel has an old vertical scratch, approximately 8" long. Scattered minor
dings and imperfections. The hinge pins have been replaced with steel wire nails.
