Victorian Black and White Style Morion. 
The steel helmet of traditional form, having a crested skull with upturned front and rear brim. Roped pattern edging to brim and crest. Floral decorative rivets. Light hammer marks present. Each side embossed with small Fleur-de-Lys style, similar to Munich Civil Guard. Two-piece lightweight construction. Height: 12 1/2-inches, Length: 15 1/2-inches. Possibly German. Condition: Good to very good for its age. Showing age and hadnling wear. Some dents, loses and bruising to the helmet, one inch break to one side of piece. Fading and cracking to finish throughout. Pitting and surface rust concentrating more to the inside.
