attributed to GRAFLICH HARRACH'SCHE GLASFABRIK A GROUP OF TWO OVERSHOT GLASS VESSELS WITH APPLIED SERPENT DECORATION,NEUWALT, BOHEMIA (GERMANY), CIRCA 1880-1900, comprising a pitcher with gilt everted lip, with serpent form handle in green glass emerging from the back of the rim and wrapping around the body, with gilt detail to the head and scales, height: 13 1/4", width: 7 1/2", depth: 6 1/8"; and a conical bud vase with gilt ruffled rim, an applied green glass serpent wrapping around the body with gilt detail to the head and scales, in later painted metal base, height (glass only): 9 5/8", diameter: 4 1/2".

Both pieces in overall good condition with rubbing and loss to gilt rims and gilt decoration on the serpents; the applied serpent on the pitcher with two repaired breaks; the bud vase possibly originally the upper part of an epergne.
