Old Nepalese (Chinese) gilt bronze figure of Hevajra and his consort Nairatmya in a ritual embrace. Standing on four armed figures bearing gifts atop a lotus base. SHAMVARA multiple faces with a Face and skull rimmed headdress. He has 16 arms with holding ritual objects. His consort holds two offerings. Wonderful gold gilt surface. Constructed of multiple pieces. Deaccessioned from Bass Museum of Art, Miami, Beach, FL. Bequest of John Bass to the Bass Museum of Art collection. Good antique condition. Measures 15 3/4" x 12".
