CHINESE EXPORT PORCELAIN CHILD'S TEA ARTICLES, LOT OF 26 each having orange-brown and gilded decoration with a leaf and berry design, comprising a teapot, a chocolate pot, a covered sugar bowl, a tea caddy, a covered creamer, two 6" D plates, two small oval plates in different sizes, a 4 1/2" D scalloped plate, seven handled cups, five teabowls, and four saucers. Unmarked. Late 18th/early 19th century. Teapot 4" HOA, chocolate pot 6" HOA.
Each with gilding wear and loss, eight pieces otherwise undamaged; ten pieces with restoration/repairs, including teapot with stapled spout, one saucer with a small flake to rim, two saucers with hairlines; chocolate pot, three teabowls, two cups, and one 6" D plate with hairlines; tea caddy with two small shallow chips to rim, cover with shallow moderate chip to edge; covers on creamer, sugar, and chocolate pot sit loose on pieces, possibly unoriginal.
