BLOWN-MOLDED "PATTERN 1" COMMERCIAL PUNGENT / SCENT BOTTLE, deep blue with opal marbling, rectangular form with convex and concave sides, threaded neck, period Britannia screw cap with eagle decoration. Patrick F. Slane's American Glass Co., South Boston, MA. 1847-1857. 2 5/8" H.
Very good condition overall with a single moderate chip to the mouth, probably as made.
