Qing Bannerman's helmet made of possibly steel alloy, constructed out of two large plates wielded together and reinforced on both sides of the seam with strips of steel. A long finial to top. Around the lower rim of the helmet are a set of holes for holding side and backflaps attachments. With wooden hat stand. 19th C. Height of helmet: 28cm (11 in.)
