A 1917 "The Navy Wants Men" Large Poster request for R.N.V.R (Royal Naval Volunteer Reserve) Signal branch. The RNVR was created in 1903, which has seen action since WWI. The poster features three white uniformed sailors and a petty officer in ablue uniform standing on a navel warships "crow's nest".One sailor looking through a telescope. A series of pennant flags fly from a rope on the right. A wonderful 1917 Lithograph and letterpress. Measures: 19" w x 29" h (JT-41)
