Description
Kensington Gardens, circa 1860, pencil signed lower right, framed. Haden was a surgeon, but more well known as an etcher. He was the brother-in-law of James McNeill Whistler, and the two lived together for a time, and worked together on a never-finished collection of etchings depicting the Thames.
