Description
The North Towanda Musical Instrument Works of New York made these band organs between 1906 and 1916. It has 14 violin pipes in front surrounded by a painted facade, and 72 more pipes inside. It plays in three registers, one for violin, one for trombones, and one for trumpets. It was common practice to convert these to play from rolls, and this model now plays Wurlitzer No. 150 rolls. The front head of the bass drum has a tear along the rim. Modern casters have been installed. Condition: (Very Good). Dimensions: 32"L x 80"W x 77"H.
